- Proven track record (15+ years) of successful sales leadership in the technology, geospatial, or safety infrastructure industries.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive business growth and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with customers at various levels.
- Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to analyze sales data, generate insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Adaptability to a rapidly changing business environment and a willingness to embrace innovation.
- Existing network of industry contacts and potential customers is a plus.
- Experienced in Government Sales and understands the Sales Cycle
- Bid Preparation and Tender Management
- Sound understanding of commercial activity and profitability
